"Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)

Generosity is one of the primary applications of the Gospel. God, in his generosity toward us, gave his son so that we could be saved. Out of a response to his generosity we live generous lives.

God does not want generostiy from you; he wants generosity for you. It is a joy to be generous, and those who practice generosity experience unique blessings from God.

Join us for two Sundays this June as we explore the meaning, motive and message of generosity.
