Giving

The primary concept in fundraising for any church is not the raising of dollars; it is the making of disciples. We make disciples and teach them to obey everything Jesus commanded them to do (Matthew 28:19-20). Jesus commanded his followers to give (Matthew 6:2), and affirms the practice of tithing (Matthew 23:23). Additionally, the Apostle Paul clearly considered generous, joyful giving as a fundamental application to Jesus’ sacrifice (2 Corinthians 8:9).

At Bethel Church our desire is to make disciples who joyfully participate in financially supporting the work of the church. There are multiple ways to give at Bethel:

1. Cash or Cheque in the offering plate on Sunday during the service.

2. Visit the Debit/Credit machine in the foyer on Sunday morning, or during office hours throughout the week (Monday to Friday 9am-2pm).

3. Give online through Canada Helps by clicking the link below.

IMPORTANT: Please indicate General Fund (for regular tithes and offerings), Missions, Benevolence, or Building Fund.
